Only what you enter in our forms, and what is needed to keep the site secure:

• For any request: your name, email address, phone number and language.
• To share your criteria: your profile, the property types, category, budget, areas and number of bedrooms you are looking for, and any further details.
• For a question about a property we sent you: your message and the property concerned.
• When you open a personal link: how many times and when the link was opened, so that we know the property reached you.
• To offer a property: its type, town and postcode, floor area, desired price, description and the photos you add.
• For site security: the IP address of your connection, used to limit abusive submissions and kept briefly in the technical logs.

There is no account to create, no advertising profile and no tracking of your browsing.

Your data is used only to:

• answer your questions and get back to you;
• answering your questions about a property and arranging a viewing;
• send you, through a personal link, the properties that match the criteria you have shared;
• assess the property you offer us and, if it interests us, make you a purchase offer.

It is never sold, rented out or used for advertising.

We process your data because you ask us to: with your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and to take the steps you request before a possible sale or purchase (Article 6(1)(b)). Protecting the site against abuse relies on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

Only the Rentisimmo team reads your requests.

The properties we offer are our own: your details are not passed on to any seller or intermediary.

Our technical providers (website hosting, email delivery) process this data on our behalf and may not use it for any other purpose.

We keep your data for as long as it takes to handle your request, then for no more than three years after our last exchange. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time. Photos of an offered property that is not published are deleted within the same period.

You have the following rights over your data at any time:

• access: know what we hold;
• rectification: correct inaccurate information;
• erasure: have your data deleted;
• restriction: suspend its use;
• objection: refuse a processing operation;
• portability: receive it in a readable format;
• withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To exercise them, write to us at [email protected]. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

This site uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tools and no social media trackers.

A single technical cookie remembers the language you chose, so that it is shown on your next visit. It contains no personal data and does not require consent.

The site and its data are hosted in the European Union. Communication with the site is encrypted, and personal links are not indexed by any search engine.

Photos attached to a submission are kept in a private space: they are never published.
